Eligible orders of US$200 or more receive complimentary standard shipping, excluding remote areas. Express shipping costs extra. If you have a date in mind, check preparation and transit estimates before placing your order.

Care after purchase

Gold jewelry with laboratory-grown diamonds has a lifetime warranty. Silver jewelry with laboratory-grown gemstones has a two-year warranty. Contact us for the coverage details and service options for your piece.

We offer complimentary cleaning; you pay the shipping cost to send your jewelry to us. Please request service instructions before mailing it.

30-day returns

Request a return of an eligible unworn, undamaged item with its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Personalized and engraved items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
