What the warranty covers

Eligible manufacturing or workmanship defects are repaired without a repair service charge during the applicable warranty period. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost jewelry or stones, and unauthorized alterations are outside this coverage; any available paid repair or replacement will be quoted separately.

Complimentary cleaning

Jewelry cleaning is complimentary. You cover the cost of shipping the piece to us; there is no cleaning service fee. Please contact our team for shipping instructions before sending your jewelry.
